DAVIT BAKHSHIYAN /Republic of Artsakh/ graduated MMus at Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas, where he studied piano with professors Alexander Gurgenov and Sergey Kechek. He has been performing as a solist, chamber musican and accompanist in Artsakh, Armenia and abroad (Croatia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Poland, Russia). He was related with famous musicians, such as Sigrid Lehmstedt, Dr Thomas Hecht, Julia Mustonen-Dahlkvist, Yuri Hayrapetyan.
During his solo career Davit Bakhshiyan gave a numerous recitals in Artsakh, Armenia and overseas. He has been awarded III prize in the A. Khachaturian national piano competition (Armenia, 2003), Diploma in A. Babajanyan Republican competition (Armenia, 2006), I prize in E. Ghazaryants Music Competition (Artsakh, 2008), I prize in the ” Renaissance” International Music Competition (Armenia, 2009), II prize in the Armenian-Belgian “AMADEUS” Music Competition (Artsakh, 2012), Diploma (honorable mention) in “4th Karlovac International Piano Competition” (Croatia, 2017), III prize in H. Ter-Ghevondyan concertmaster’s Competition (Armenia, 2018).
Davit Bakhshiyan also took part in numerous musical events, festivals, projects, such as “Piano, pianissimo” cycle (Rheinsberg, Germany, 2013), Concerts with Artsakh State Chamber Orchestra (Artsakh, 2013, 2015), “Perform me” Armenian-Georgian Contemporary Music Festival (Yerevan, Armenia, 2014), Concert cycle dedicated to the 145th anniversary of Komitas (Moscow, Russia, 2014), “Tnjre” international music festival (Artsakh, 2013), Piano-Oboe Duo with Zofia Trystuła (recitals in Stepanakert, Artsakh; Yerevan, Armenia, 2016), “Artsakh for Peace” musical project (Artsakh, 2017).
He also works at the music school after Armen Tigranyan as accompanist in Yerevan, Armenia.
ZOFIA DYNAK /Poland/ graduated from Ryszard Bukowski Secondary Music School in Wrocław where she studied piano with Prof Olga Rusina and from Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław with a Master’s Degree where she studied piano with Prof Zbigniew Faryniarz. Currently she is a PhD Program student at the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź, Poland with Prof Cezary Sanecki.
She has been awarded 3rd prize in the XVIII International Piano Competition „Citta di Barletta” (Barletta, Italy, 2008), 2nd prize in VII International Piano Competition „Pia Tebaldini” (Brescia, Italy, 2009), honorable mention in VI Nationwide Chopin Festival (Konin, Poland, 2009), five special prizes in the IX International Piano Forum (Sanok, Poland, 2014), honorable mention in XV International Juliusz Zarębski Music Competition in category for chamber ensembles (Warsaw, Poland, 2015), a special prize in the XI International Piano Forum (Sanok, Poland, 2016), 2nd prize in 2016 London Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition (London, England, 2016), 3rd Prize in XVI International Piano Competition „Don Vincenzo Vitti” (Castellana Grotte, Italy, 2017), special prizes for the best performance of a piano concerto in XII and XIII International Piano Forum (Sanok 2017 and 2018), 2nd Prize in the 19th International Competition‐Festival “Music without limits” (Druskiennikai, Lithuania, 2019), Honourable Mention in Elevato Online Piano Competition 2020, 3rd Prize in 20th International International Competition‐Festival “Music without limits” (Druskiennikai, Lithuania, 2020 online edition).
Z. Dynak took part in many concert cycles and festivals, such as „Premiere at the Łódź Philharmonic” (Łódź, Poland, 2009), „Young Pianists Play Chopin” (Wrocław, Poland, 2010), „Young Talents at the Chopin’s Museum” (Warsaw, Poland, 2013), „The Youth’s Wednesday” (NOSPR, Katowice, Poland 2016), “Festival of Polish Pianism” (Słupsk, Poland, 2016) Liszt Evenings (TiFL, Wrocław, Poland, 2016), Karlovac Piano Festival (Karlovac, Chroatia, 2017, 2018), Roman Maciejewski Festival in Leszno (Poland, 2017, 2020). She is the Artistic Director of Świdnica Piano Festival (Świdnica – Krzyżowa, Poland).
Z.Dynak teaches piano at Primary Music School in Bielawa, Kazimierz Kościukiewicz Secondary Music School in Świdnica and Ryszard Bukowski Secondary Music School in Wrocław, Poland. In her artistic and scientific work she focuses mainly on the music of Clara and Robert Schumann as well as Polish music.
LUCA FERRINI /Italy/ studied piano, harpsichord, organ and organ composition at Conservatoires in Trieste and Udine (degrees with full marks).
Over last thirty years he has been performing as a solist, chamber musican and with orchestras, equally successfull with all three instruments, across Europe, Asia, Australia and Central America (St. Petersburg State Philharmonic Hall and Rimskij Korsakov Conservatoire, Beijing Concert Hall, Venice Gran Teatro La Fenice, Ljubljana Cankarjev Dom and Philharmonic Hall, National Theatre of Malta, Théâtre Saint Michel in Bruxelles, Prague Klementinum and Martinů Hall, Vienna Musikverein, National Concert Hall in Dublin, “Giuseppe Verdi” Theatre in Trieste, Seoul National University, Philharmonic Halls in Odessa, Kaunas and Ulan Bator, then in Budapest, Bucharest, Zagreb, Belgrade, Rome, Milan, Copenhagen, Madrid, Porto, Seoul, Brisbane, Melbourne, Hobart, Buenos Aires, in Chile, etc.).
L.Ferrini collaborates with renowned musicians and conductors and is member of several ensembles for early as well as contemporary music. As member of the Ensemble for contemporary music MD7 and other chamber groups has first performed more than one hundred and sixty new works. In addition to his forty CDs, he has made numerous radio and television recordings with a variety of European broadcasting companies. He is the official piano accompanist at several summer masterclasses and at international academies and instrumental competitions (China, Mexico, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Slovenia, Austria).
His current post is professor of piano, harpsichord, chamber music and accompanist at the Koper-Capodistria Secondary Schools for the Arts, Slovenia, and piano accompanist at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana.
DESISLAVA BOBRINA (Russia) began to play the piano at the age of 7 at the Music School after Glinka in Moscow. Since 2003 she continued her education at the Central Music School at the Moscow State Conservatory after Tchaikovsky (class of M. Marchenko). In 2011 she graduated (with honour) from the Moscow State Conservatory, class of professor Y. Hayrapetyan. In 2014, she graduated (with honour) from the high graduate school of the Moscow State Conservatory in the piano class with prof. Y. Hayrapetyan, scientific supervisor – prof. E. Dolinskaya. In 2013-2014 she studied at the Alfred Schnittke Academy in Hamburg, Germany with Professor Brenno Ambrosini.
Since 2015 she has been teaching piano at the Maimonid State Academy of Music (Russian State University after Kosygin), since 2018 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Piano, Chamber Ensemble and Accompanist.
Desislava Bobrina operates concert activities, performs solo and with an orchestras in philharmonic societies and the best halls in Moscow, Russia, as well as abroad (Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy). She has recordings on Bulgarian radio and television, as well as on the TV channel “Culture”. She performs at such international festivals as: “Sofia Musical Weeks” in Bulgaria, the Crimean International Music Festival, etc. From 2017 – 2019 she was a soloist in the musical and poetic performance “Branch of lilac” (project of Oleg Sakmarov).
Desislava Bobrina is a laureate of various competitions, such as: “New Names” (Russia, Moscow, 2003), “Days of Rachmaninoff in Moscow” in 2003, 4th prize in the international Chopin piano competition (Varna, Bulgaria, 2005), 1 prize and Grand Prix in the international piano competition “Vincenzo Solimene” (Italy, 2008), 2 prize in the international piano competition “Antonio Napolitano” (Vietri-sul-mare, Italy 2008), 2 prize in the international Piano Competition “Flame” (Paris, France, 2009), 1 prize in the international piano competition “Roma-2011” (Roma, Italy, 2011).
