Beans play an important role in the diet of Caucasian people. It is used for preparing various dishes and canned food.

Method of preparation
Clean, wash and cut the green beans, then cook in salty water for 20-25 minutes. After cooking squeeze the water, pour the bean in the plate. During squeezing leave 1.5 cap of bean broth in the boiler and add 5TBS vinegar. Cook tomatoes in the mixture for 7-10 minutes. Remove the peel of cooked tomatoes and dice.
Fry the tomatoes, add the beans, 1TBS vinegar, then spice and cook 2-3 minutes. Add crushed garlic and parsley, and serve. It can be served cold as well.
