Aylazan is an ancient Armenian food which mainly contains eggplant and green beans.
Eggplant – 100grams
Potatoes – 100grams
Bulb onion – 25grams
Oil – 20 grams
Bulgarian pepper- 25grams
Green beans- 40grams
Tomatoes – 50grams
Method of preparation:
1.Peel away the skin from an eggplant, cut it on rounds, sow salt on it and leve 10-15 minutes. Then squeeze the created water and wash.
2.Boil 25-30 minutes the cleaned and askew-cut green beans.
3.Line up an eggplant in the pot, add oil, the half moon shaped-cut potatoes, the big tubes-cut bulgarian pepper, the crushed bulb onion, the boiled green beans and salt. Add some water, cover the vegetable with turned plate, close the pot and cook it on the slow fire until it is cooked
