Every national cuisine has its own dishes with a combination of dough and meat. In Armenian cuisine it is manti (sometimes it is called boraki).
Ingredients
flour – 500g dried greens
eggs – 2pcs
salt – 1/2 TSP
water
onions – 4pcs
salt, black pepper
matzoon
garlic
Method of preparation
Sieve flour, add eggs and salt. Gradually add water and knead a solid dough. Open the dough and cut into square shapes.
Add onion and greens to the meat, and spice it. Put a spoon of kernel on the each dough. Connect the edges so the upper part stays open. Line up the little borakis in the frying pan and cook in an oven at 200° for 15 minutes. Then add little broth or water and cook 30 more minutes.
Squeeze the garlic and add matzoon. Serve with garlic and matzoon.
