Rainbow glitter trout is one of the healthiest fish species, which should be included in the diet. “The heart association of the USA” recommends using 100g of fish twice a week: boiled, roast and made on steam.

Method of preparation:
Clean the fish, add salt. Divide into parts or cook completely. Put in the pot; add enough water to cover the fish. Add to the water peppercorns, allspice and one bay leaf. Wash the tarragon, put two or three branches in each fish, and put half of the butter in the fish. You can add half an onion at the end to break the sharp aroma of fish. Put the rest of the butter into the water.
Cook on low heat until the water is almost dry; the fish’s eyes should come out of the nests.
Decorate with lemon stripes and fresh greens.
